THE ROSE SEASON · 30 DAYS OF SELF-CARE + A CELEBRATION · OCTOBER 19 – NOVEMBER 19
It's only October, and you're already tired.
Before the holidays ask everything of you, give yourself 30 days to learn how to take care of you. Ten minutes a day. No starting over. No guilt.
The Rose Season · 30 Days of Self-Care Before the Holidays
Save my seat · $47Founding Circle price for the first group of women. We begin Monday, October 19.
You already know this feeling
- The calendar is already filling up.
- The group chat already wants to know who's hosting.
- The list in your head already has a list.
And somewhere in the middle of it, you're asking the same question you ask every year: when do I get to rest?
You're the one everybody calls. You handle the job, the house, the people you love, and the email that comes in at 6:47 p.m. You're good at it. You've been good at it for a long time.
Maybe you're caring for your parents and your kids at the same time. Maybe you run a team all day and a household all night. Maybe this is the first holiday without someone you love, or the first one after everything changed. Whatever your season looks like, you're the one holding it together.
But being good at taking care of everybody is not the same as being taken care of. And the holidays have a way of turning a tired woman into an empty one.
Self-care you can actually do
You don't need one more person telling you to take a bubble bath. You already know you need rest. What nobody showed you is how to get it in a real life, with real people who need you.
The Rose Season is 30 days of small, doable practices that teach you to take care of yourself the way you take care of everybody else. One practice a day, ten minutes or less, built for a woman with a full life, not an empty calendar.
By the time the holidays arrive, you won't just be hoping for a calmer season. You'll have a plan for one.
The woman you'll be on November 17
Right now, you're the one everybody leans on, running on empty and dreading a season that hasn't even started.
Thirty days from now, you'll know what kind of tired you are and what actually helps. You'll pause before you say yes. You'll have let someone else carry something. And you'll walk into Thanksgiving week with a plan and your peace.
By November 17, you'll have:
- A self-care routine of three practices that fit your real life
- Your holiday plan: what you're keeping, handing off, simplifying and saying no to
- A phrase you can say without guilt: "Let me get back to you."
- At least one thing you've actually let someone else do for you
What happens over 30 days
Each week builds on the one before it, so nothing is asked of you before your body is ready for it.
Week 1 · Breathe
Oct 19–25
Calm your body before the season speeds up. Short breathing practices, noticing where you hold stress, a slower morning and an easier night.
Week 2 · Rest
Oct 26–Nov 1
Find out what kind of tired you are. The seven kinds of rest, one a day: physical, mental, emotional, social, sensory, creative and spiritual.
Week 3 · Trust
Nov 2–8
Protect your peace before the holiday asks start. The BMW pause (Body, Mine, Want) so you stop saying yes before you check in with yourself.
Week 4 · BLOOM
Nov 9–15
Let other people carry something. Decide what you'll delegate, simplify, share or let go of this year, and practice receiving help.
Days 29–30 · Your plan
Nov 16–17
Write down the three practices you're keeping, and your own answer to the question: who takes care of you?
Then on Thursday, November 19, we celebrate together on a live call, one week before Thanksgiving. You'll walk into the holidays with a plan.
How it works
- Before we begin: a Get Set Up session on Zoom, Sunday, October 18 at 7 PM ET. We'll install everything together in 20 minutes. Can't make it? A short how-to video walks you through it.
- Day 1: a welcome video from me is waiting for you in Telegram.
- Every morning: a message on your phone, in Telegram, with today's practice, why it matters and one small thing to do. Ten minutes or less.
- Every evening: one question in our Telegram community. Rock or Rose today? Did I carry everything, or did I let myself be cared for? Share your wins and your challenges with women who get it.
- Weeks 2, 3 and 4: a live BLOOM ROOM call with me at 7 PM ET (Wednesday, October 28, and Thursdays, November 5 and November 12). We talk about the week and practice together. Can't make it live? The replay is yours.
- Your Rose Tracker: it lives on your phone. Tap a rose each day you show up for yourself and watch your garden fill in over 30 days. Prefer paper? Print it with one tap.
- Miss a day? Pick up right where you are. No starting over. Not yet isn't never.
What a day looks like (Day 9, mental rest):
- Morning
Today's message arrives in Telegram. "Today's rest is mental rest. Before you open your email, write down three things on your mind, then put the paper away. They'll still be there. You don't have to carry them in your head."
- During the day
Five minutes with your list, and then you close it.
- Evening
One tap in Telegram. Rock or Rose today?
That's the whole day. About ten minutes, start to finish.
Not a tech person? You don't have to be. If you can read a text message, you can do this. Everything happens in one free app, Telegram. We'll set it up together on October 18, and if you ever get stuck, message me there and we'll help you.
New to BLOOM? You're not behind. Day 1 gives you everything you need to begin.
Your Holiday Support Team
This is the part I'm proudest of. Most challenges tell you to ask for help. This one introduces you to the people you can ask.
Three experts recorded 15–20 minute sessions just for this group. Watch them, take what you need, and if you want more help, you can book them directly.
Plus the Who Takes Care of You? webinar replay, for women who want the full conversation that started all of this.
You don't just learn to ask for help. You meet the people you can ask.
A note about our experts: some experts on your Holiday Support Team may offer BLOOM women a special rate, and BLOOM with Quadia may receive a referral fee when you book with them, at no extra cost to you. I only invite people I trust and would send my own family to. Booking is always optional.
This is for you if
- You take care of everybody, and you can't remember the last time somebody took care of you.
- You're already stressed about the holidays, and it's only October.
- You want peace and calm in your body, not just a prettier to-do list.
- You've tried self-care before, and it fell apart the minute life got busy.
- You want to walk into the holidays with a plan, not just a hope.
This isn't for you if you're looking for a quick fix. This is ten real minutes a day for 30 days, and that's where the change lives. And if you're carrying something heavy, this challenge can support you, but it doesn't replace care from a doctor or counselor.
Meet your Big Sister
I'm Quadia, the founder of BLOOM with Quadia, and I'm also BLOOM's first client.
For years, I was the woman who handled everything. I called it ambition. Some of it was anxiety. Some of what I called urgency was fear.
In 2024, I started learning, slowly and imperfectly, how to rest without earning it, protect my peace, and let people help me. Everything in this challenge is something I practice in my own life. I'm not asking you to do anything I'm not doing right alongside you.

You'd be in the very first group of women to do this, and that's why it's $47. That's less than one holiday gift for somebody else.

Questions women ask
I didn't attend the webinar. Can I still join?
Yes. Day 1 gives you everything you need to begin, and the full webinar replay is included as a bonus.
Isn't it selfish to focus on myself right now, with everything going on?
No, sis. A tired woman can still give, but she gives from empty, and everybody feels it, including her. Taking care of you doesn't take anything away from them. It makes sure there's still a you left when the season is over.
Can't I just wait until January, when things calm down?
You could, but January is when we recover from what the holidays took. This is about walking into the season already cared for, instead of trying to put yourself back together afterward.
I'm not good with technology. Will I be able to keep up?
Yes. If you can read a text message, you can do this. Come to the Get Set Up session on Sunday, October 18 at 7 PM ET and we'll install everything together, or watch the short how-to video. Stuck anytime? Message me in Telegram and we'll help.
Do I have to share in the group?
No. Share when you want to, or just read along. Some women find that listening is its own kind of rest.
How much time does it take?
About ten minutes a day, plus three live BLOOM ROOM calls if you can make them.
What if I miss a day?
Pick up right where you are. There's no falling behind in this challenge, and there's no starting over.
What if I can't make the live calls?
Every call is recorded, and the replay is sent to you in Telegram within 24 hours.
Do I need Telegram?
Yes. Everything lives there: your morning practices, the evening check-ins, the videos, the replays and the community. It's a free app for your phone, and joining takes about two minutes. We'll do it together at the Get Set Up session, and your welcome email walks you through it too.
Do I have to book the experts?
No. The videos are yours to watch and keep. Booking is there if you want more help.
When do I get access?
As soon as you join, you'll get your "Welcome to Your Rose Holiday Season" email with everything you need to get set up. Your first morning practice arrives in Telegram on Monday, October 19.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If it's not for you, email me within 7 days of joining for a full refund.
One more thing, sis
The holidays are coming either way.
The cooking, the hosting, the calls, the gifts.
The only question is whether you walk in already empty, or whether you walk in cared for.
Give yourself these 30 days. You've given everybody else a whole lot more than that.
xo,
Quadia
P.S. If you're reading this tired, that's not a reason to wait. That's the reason to start. Ten minutes a day, and I'll be right there with you.
